No email alerts and letters get stuck on my rack and can't be moved onto the board.

I'm using Windows 10 on my laptop. I have to refresh the page several times to get the letters to move. This only happens when I play through Google, but not when I play on Facebook. I now have several people I play with in repeat games on Google so would like to continue.

@marsya45 What is the version of Chrome that you use? Please share the detail so that we can understand. Most people on Chrome do not face this problem.
