Score thermometer weirdness

Recently I was playing and had the following possible bingo:
I point your attention to the Score thermometer, which implies that is one of the best plays.
Luckily, I noticed a better spot:
Isn't it a bit weird that both a 79 point and a 122 point play get 'best' rating?
I wonder if sometimes lex gets too busy and stops looking for possible plays?

He said "one of the best", presumably meaning that a high percentage was displayed when he hovered the cursor over the right side of the score thermometer.
