Connection lost, reconnecting...

Only when playing on 'practice solo' and not when playing an email opponent, I get this message and game won't load. Lexulous said the server can be slow and waiting a short time or refreshing should fix it. But that did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I googled it and found several others had this issue, so the issue wasn't and isn't on my end. I sent the link to Lexulous and shortly after the issue was fixed. That lasted a month and now the issue is back. Why?

Please have him fix the score thermometer while he's at it, thanks – it's down again. This is what is known as a "bug", and generally attempts are made to "debug" such problems.
