DIJON mustard is named for the city and is still a proper noun.
Burgundy has lost it's properness!
I bet the French would be mad that champagne is valid and I bet the Italians would be mad that Asti is not since it means it is less popular. Am I muddying this up with wines? Haha

@rowdy3112 When talking about the wine or mustard, they're always capitalized as Burgundy and Dijon.
@anexparrot champagne is valid because it's also a color. The wine should still be capitalized as Champagne.

Anybody, can it really be said that SOWPODS is still the British Scrabble Dictionary (and hence Lexulous) when the criteria is the word's existence in Collins Dictionary -- or is SOWPODS now a clone of Collins' CSW (Collins Scrabble Words)?
