No emails at all coming from Lexulous. Help!!

@lexulous My email games are not going to Spam. They aren't arriving at all!! I have checked my spam folder.

@sakamvari I can't place tiles down. They don't stick where you want to place them. They fly back to the bottom where all the other letters are. Have tried all that has been suggested
