@maclcad Hi! Glad you wish to host a tournament at Lexulous. We have recently launched a feature called "Groups" which allow for private tournaments.

Once you login to the Lexulous website, please visit the Groups page from the menu.

Create a group and get members to join using the Group Link. (All members must be registered on Lexulous).

The groups section will automatically record the game status played between group members. As admin you can decide when a round finishes.

If you would like us to guide you on Zoom / Google Meet please let us know.

@randy-fauske Please continue passing, the game will end automatically and tiles in rack will be used for final score calculation. There needs to be 3 continuous passes by both players.

@algor Please do share a screenshot as it would help us understand what else is on the page which might cause a problem. Other items on screenshot that help developers include screen dimensions, browser being used etc. etc.

We'll look into improving the login experience in case someone is already logged into the forum. Locking this topic for now.

Microsoft/Hotmail accounts are rejecting mails from Lexulous. We have written to their support, hopefully it will get sorted.

@laysan Appreciate your detailed note. Can you please try on Chrome and see if the same problem appears? It will help our team members who are already looking into this based on the complaints.

@jrp32 The confirmation for pass works only in email mode. In LIVE mode having no confirmation is better for quick games.

@mistertoad Firefox later versions will work well. We will try to see what is specifically the problem with older versions.

@ribbons55 We have tried in FF 90 and all seems good. Would really appreciate a screenshot of the board via email to admin@lexulous.com so we can understand how it looks on your screen when this problem occurs.

@marsya45 What is the version of Chrome that you use? Please share the detail so that we can understand. Most people on Chrome do not face this problem.
