      Hi, yes, I emailed you from my account askkarenklein@gmail.com. I only need the Karen K account removed, NOT the Kleinekin account that's registered to the same email address.
      I think the two accounts are an error as I had emailed you to change my user name to Kleinekin but you must have left the other account and made a new one.
      Regardless, it's all good. I LOVE your app and use it several times daily - for over 10 years now! Thank you!! 🥰

      @thatguythere202 I'm sure it's all statistically driven. If somebody with a rating of let's say 1500 beat somebody with a rating of 2200, their score is going to go up. It may also be a function of number of games played and some other statistics (but I don't know).

      @mirandas yeah I know people that have done that. That is very annoying. Also keep in mind in the beginning of the game is when most bingos are played because there's the most free space

      @drbb01 one thing you might want to do is create a second profile and log into your browser under that name. Probably should clear your cash out first. Then see if the same behavior occurs. That way you can isolate it and make sure it has nothing to do directly with your profile. Another thing might be to log into a different browser and see what happens.

      @jayser As informed via mail that notification send is handled by Google, sometimes it takes time to receive but generally it process the notification immediately after every move.
      You can also try updating the app once.

      @karen-taylor It appears that this happens when players are joining games via the mobile app. I have had it happen frequently at my own hosted tables, and my policy these days is simply to delete the game before anyone has moved (or after the first move), which in either case doesn't affect the bottom line. It is a little irksome because it means you will have to set up a new hosted table. But the app players apparently don't have a choice; the site will sit them down at any available game!

      @mapmakere same here. well, right-clicking brings up a menu, in which one of the options is Emoji. On the rare occasions when I feel like using one, I tend to go with Windows/period.

      Refresh the page
      Clear your browser cache
      Try a different browser
      Check your internet connection
